At Crystal Blues, we want you to receive your order as quickly as possible. That’s why we offer fast and reliable shipping options.

Shipping within Lahore:
We offer next-day delivery for all orders within Lahore.

Shipping to Other Locations:
For customers outside of Lahore, we offer 3-5 business days delivery. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner.

Shipping Fees:

• Lahore: Shipping charge is 199 PKR.
• Other locations: Shipping charge is 199 PKR.

Processing Time:
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placing them. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can track your order’s progress.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Crystal Blues purchases, but if you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Policy:
You can return most items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchange Policy:
We offer exchanges on items if you received the wrong size or if the item is damaged. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to exchange an item.

How to Return or Exchange:
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@crystalblues.com or call us at 03021045296. Include your order number, details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.

Once we approve the return, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
